Delete your KGT Mobile account

This page lets KGT Mobile users request account deletion without reinstalling the app. The request immediately closes sign-in access and revokes all API sessions.

Your account access will be closed. Active services may need to be settled first. Transaction, ownership and KYC records may be retained where KGT is legally or regulatorily required to keep them.

You can register a new account using the same email and identity number after closure. The new account must complete verification again. Previous balances, transactions and approvals stay with the closed account and are not transferred automatically. Contact KGT Support about any remaining holdings or unsettled transactions before closing.
